About the role As Director ofResidences, you will ensure the comfort and safety of ourhomeowners / guests, protection and maintenance of assets, and handleall employee relations by creating a safe and happy workenvironment.

What you will do 1. Manage the day-to-day operationsof the residential entity. 2. Respond to a wide variety ofhomeowners / guest requests by accurately assessing their needs andrequests and then adding personal recommendations and touches toachieve maximum customer’s satisfaction while complying with allFour Seasons’ policies.

3. Manage the luxury private residenceswith specific focus on the following attributes ResidentialLeadership, Asset Management, Property Management, Financial / LegalManagement, HOA Management, Stakeholder Relationships &Communication, Service & Lifestyle, and People Management.

4.Oversee the performance and guest experience of the private retreatprogram. 5. Seek to enhance, improve, and innovate the experienceof the private retreat program by engaging with the guests, andgarnering feedback on their stay while also attempting to retaintheir future business.

6. Monitor the development andimplementation of Residential brand strategies and support the teamin delivering flawless execution of services.

7. Director ofResidences will own the development and implementation ofproperty-wide initiatives, deliver products and services thatcreate owner engagement while remaining in-line with the entitygoverning agreements and budgets.

Acts as the liaison between theDeveloper, Four Seasons and the Homeowners. 8. Fosters positiverelationships between all stakeholders, including Homeowners,Residential Boards, Developer, Sales Team, Employees, Community andVendors.

Asset Management 1. Conduct regular inspections ofexclusive and common area residential spaces, make recommendationsfor improvements, address deficiencies.

2. Prepare and executecapital expenditure plan / reserve study plan. 3. Activelyparticipate in all appropriate committees such as energyconservation programs, safety committees, recycling programs etc.

4. Ensure the residential facilities are well maintained withrespect to Housekeeping and Engineering and Employee workenvironment.

5. Oversee preventive maintenance and deep cleaningprograms throughout the Private Residences 6. Manage allpurchasing, procurement, and third-party contracts on behalf of theResidential entity.

Financial Management 1. Monitor and review themonthly profit and loss statement of each entity, analyze theresults, and take action when necessary.

2. Lead residentialbudgeting process and annual meetings in accordance with theentity’s bylaws. 3. Manage expenses based on HOA budget.

4. Manageall capital and reserve fund expenditures and ensure the properguidelines are adhered to and projects are completed on a timelybasis.

What you bring - Strong residential operational backgroundwith strong emotional intelligence to enhance relations with allstakeholders.

Ideal candidate will be a visionary leader thatcontinuously seeks ways to enhance the resident experience andemployee experience.

Candidate must have 4+ years prior experienceas a Director of Residences or equivalent experience 5-10 years ofproperty management / residential operations and / or Hotelmanagement.

• Residential / Hotel Operations or Management,Accounting / Financial Management, Business - Management BuildingManagement - Working knowledge of the Rooms Division aspects.
